SUSAN WALLACE, MSN, APRN, ANP-BC
Owner/aesthetic Nurse Practitioner
Susan is a Master Injector and designated “Queen B” of Nu Image (that’s B for Botox)! She has a strong base of adoring followers in the Lutz and Tampa Bay area. Even visitors from out of town make a point to schedule with her when they return!
She received her Nurse Practitioner post-graduate degree from George Washington University in 1993 and worked at the National Institute of Health in Bethesda, Maryland. Her background includes experience in Cardiac Thoracic Surgical ICU, Internal Medicine, and the Pulmonary and GI units. In 2006, she began her career as a full-time Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner for Nu Image.
Her precision, skill, and injection technique have earned her a 5-star reputation among her clients. She is known for being down-to-earth, easy to talk to, a wonderful educator, and an honest advocate for her patient’s aesthetic needs.
When she’s not working, she loves spending time with family, enjoying nature, boating, and is a loving supporter of animal welfare.
MINEA AKBAL, CME, CCE
Medical Aesthetician/Laser Specialist/Lash Extensions/CoolSculpting®
Minea is a licensed medical aesthetician and certified laser specialist. She joined Nu Image over three years ago and has grown a loyal fan base in a very short period of time. She “does it all” and works with clients on a number of different aesthetic goals including custom skincare plans, laser hair removal, eyelash extensions and CoolSculpting® treatments.
She thrives on making her clients feel confident and is known for her positive attitude and generous nature. Her results-driven approach to skincare using a combination of modalities to achieve optimal results is what sets her apart.
When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her three cats and self-described “fur babies.”
KAREN GRYZB
Licensed Board of Cosmetology
Karen is a master stylist with years of experience in color, highlighting and cutting. Her professional expertise includes decades of hair shows in NYC, seminars, and in-house training on the latest techniques.
Her skills include all phases of hair services, including but not limited to expertise in dry hair cutting. She believes that a vibrant, ever-changing hair journey begins with the all-important consultation. It’s been the hallmark of her success. Her loyal clients and team members love her sunny and upbeat personality!
When she’s not working Karen enjoys gardening, bicycling and kayaking. If it’s raining out, you can find her playing the piano. People are surprised to learn she also speaks German. Auf Weidersehen!
GREG DUNN
Licensed Board of Cosmetology
Gregg joined the Nu Image team over three years ago, but he’s a veteran stylist with decades of experience under his belt. He has a varied, extensive and well-rounded training history that includes influences from Paul Mitchell, Tigi, Haircolor USA, Graham Webb, L’Oreal, Redken, Tony & Guy, Trevor Sorbie, and the Sassoon Academy.
He is a certified board member of Stuart Smith Beauty Schools and holds a cosmetology license in Florida and New York. Gregg has built an incredibly loyal following over the years, some of whom have returned to him for over 30 years. It’s no wonder his clients greet him with gusto!
When he’s not working, Gregg enjoys the occasional golf outing, venturing on his motorcycle, and taking care of his property.
JENNY TEIXERIA, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC
Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner
Jenny is an Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner and joined Nu Image in May 2022. She is an integral part of the team and work family. She received her Bachelors of Science degree from Saint Leo University in 2007 and Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) at Frontier Nursing University in 2021. Fun fact: She was a collegiate softball pitcher!
Her medical background includes extensive experience in ICU and critical care. Jenny’s innate artistic eye and attention to detail have led to her thriving career in aesthetics. It’s clear she is passionate in helping her clients achieve their aesthetic goals, and she does so with honesty, integrity and a listening heart.
Outside of work, Jenny loves to spend time with her husband, 2 daughters & 2 rescue pups enjoying the outdoors.
MICHELLE NAPOLI
Lead Medical Aesthetician
Michelle is a licensed medical aesthetician at Nu Image, with a large following and a stellar reputation. She has nurtured clients and their skincare needs for over 15 years and many of them consider her family.
Michelle has a way of making each patient feel like they are the only person she’s scheduled to see. Her success is a result of extensive skincare knowledge continuing education, accessibility (yes, you can text her!), patience, and dedication to her craft. Our clients leave with renewed confidence and consistently return for their skincare treatments and for ongoing skincare issues.
When she’s not working, Michelle loves to spend time outdoors with family and boating with friends!
YASMINE SCHULTZ
Cosmetologist
Yasmine is an elite stylist with over 28 years of experience in color, cutting techniques, and the latest trends.
In her 9+ years at Nu Image, she has grown a loyal following of clients who simply won’t see anyone else and who consider her blowouts to be “bar none.” She continues to enhance her skills with ongoing hair shows, classes, and certifications. Her favorite thing about working at Nu Image is her clients! She loves making her clients feel special.
CHRISTY HAYSLIP, B.S. IN ADVERTISING/M.A. IN INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS
Marketing Associate/Sales
Christy joined the Nu Image family over six years ago and has nurtured great relationships with our clients and staff alike. She graduated Summa Cum Laude at the University of Florida and received her Bachelor of Science (BS) in Advertising, with a Minor in Business Administration. In 2008, she received her Master of Arts (MA) in International Business, where she traveled extensively within Europe. Fun fact: she lived in Japan for three years as a child and would love to return with her own kids one day!
At Nu Image, Christy is the team lead for our digital marketing communications and point-of-sale pursuits. She loves to pour her creative energy into educating our clients about the benefits of skincare and aesthetics, and she thrives in a culture where women leave feeling beautiful and empowered.
When she’s not juggling work and life with two wonderful boys, she enjoys the solitude of reading with a cup of coffee, the joy of nature, and venturing to new and exciting places.
ALEXIS GORDILLO, B.S. IN BIOMEDICAL SCIENCES/MINOR IN PSYCHOLOGY
Front Desk Associate/Sales
Alexis Gordillo joined Nu Image as a front desk associate last year. She is a trusted and dedicated addition to the team, always exceeding in her efforts to assist clients and fellow team members. Alexis is highly motivated, organized (with excellent penmanship), and excels at multitasking. She is currently pursuing her B.S. in Biomedical Sciences at the University of South Florida while studying for the MCAT.
Her favorite thing about working at Nu Image is the easy-going environment and spending time with her co-workers. When she’s not working, Alexis loves to spend time with her two Labrador Retrievers and hang out by the pool.
